Title: Registrar, Art Museum of WVU
What are your duties in your position at the College of Creative Arts?
As Registrar of the Art Museum, I am responsible for tracking the collection, both in terms of documentation and physically being able to locate a piece with the help of The Museum System database. I also coordinate shipping for traveling exhibitions, submit insurance and condition reports, and adhere to museum protocol for preservation standards.
What is your favorite aspect of your job?
Learning about new artists and being surrounded by vibrant art.
