ArtThe West Virginia University School of Art & Design will present its fifth annual Juried Student Exhibition Nov. 30, 2017 – Jan. 12, 2018 in the Creative Arts Center’s Laura Mesaros Gallery.

This exhibition features 28 student works in ceramics, photography, sculpture, printmaking, graphic design, painting, drawing, video and animation. The opening reception for the exhibition will take place on Thursday, Nov. 30 at 5 p.m., at which time the winners will be announced. This reception is free and open to the public, and refreshments will be served.

The Annual Juried Student Exhibition is open to undergraduate and graduate art majors and minors currently enrolled in the WVU School of Art and Design.  The works are selected through a multi-tiered process that starts with a committee of WVU School of Art & Design faculty and ends with the awarding of numerous prizes selected by an outside juror.
